This consent can be revoked by contacting the company's data officer, Lucas Meante, via email dpo@monditech.com.br.
Below is a detailed explanation about the processing of your data, in accordance with current legislation.
By manifesting acceptance of this term, the Holder consents and agrees that Monditech Tecnologia e Serviços Cloud LTDA, CNPJ nº 42.528.461/0001-81, headquartered in São José dos Pinhais, Paraná, phone: 41 99589-0054, email dpo@monditech.com.br, hereinafter referred to as Data Protection Officer - DPO, make decisions regarding the processing of their personal data, data relating to events in which users act or data necessary for the enjoyment of services offered by Monditech, as well as carry out the processing of such data, involving operations such as those relating to collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, elimination, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, diffusion or extraction.
Personal Data
The DPO is authorized to make decisions regarding processing and to carry out the processing of the following personal data of the Holder:
• Full name;
• Email address;
• Company and function.
Furthermore, the DPO is authorized to make decisions regarding processing and to carry out the processing of the following data entered by the Holder, with the intention of obtaining the provision of services offered by the same, such as, for example, holding new events, Catalog Card, Exclusivity Letter, Participation in Fairs and Events etc:
Purposes of Data Processing
The processing of personal data listed in this term has the following purposes:
• Enable the Controller to identify and contact the Holder for commercial relationship purposes.
• Enable the Controller to send or provide the Holder with its products and services, on a paid or free basis.
• Enable the Controller to structure, test, promote and advertise products and services, customized or not to the Holder's profile.
• Enable the Controller to use such data in Market Research;
• Enable the Controller to use such data in the registration, disclosure, awarding of interested parties participating in Events, Awards or Contests;
• Enable the Controller to use such data in the preparation of catalogs and in the Curation of authors;
• Enable the Controller to use such data in the preparation of reports and issuance of products, events and services;
• Enable the Controller to use such data for its Communication pieces;
• Enable the Controller to use such data for issuing participation certificates and related financial documents if necessary;
• Enable the Controller to use such data to facilitate invitations to other events and various events beyond those primarily offered, provided that the client also demonstrates interest in contracting or participating;
• Enable the Controller to use such data to maintain a database of market professionals to facilitate contact in future invitations to events;
Data Sharing
The DPO is authorized to share the Holder's personal data with other data processing agents, if necessary for the purposes listed in this term, observing the principles and guarantees established by Law No. 13.709.
In advance, the DPO adopts the policy of providing data anonymously, only linking specific data when done for force majeure reasons and legal requests from higher bodies.
Data Security
The DPO is responsible for maintaining technical and administrative security measures capable of protecting personal data from unauthorized access and accidental or illicit situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication or any form of inadequate or illicit processing.
In compliance with art. 48 of Law No. 13.709, the DPO will communicate to the Holder and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) the occurrence of a security incident that may entail relevant risk or damage to the Holder.
End of Data Processing
The DPO may maintain and process the Holder's personal data during the entire period in which they are relevant to the scope of the purposes listed in this term. Anonymized personal data, without the possibility of association with the individual, may be maintained for an indefinite period.
The Holder may request via email or correspondence to the Controller, at any time, that non-anonymized personal data of the Holder be eliminated. The Holder is aware that it may be unfeasible for the Controller to continue providing products or services to the Holder from the elimination of personal data.
Holder's Rights
The Holder has the right to obtain from the DPO, in relation to the data processed by him, at any time and upon request: I - confirmation of the existence of processing; II - access to data; III - correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; IV - anonymization, blocking or elimination of unnecessary, excessive or processed data in non-compliance with the provisions of Law No. 13.709; V - portability of data to another service or product provider, upon express request and observing commercial and industrial secrets, in accordance with the regulation of the controlling body; V - portability of data to another service or product provider, upon express request, in accordance with the regulation of the national authority, observing commercial and industrial secrets; VI - elimination of personal data processed with the holder's consent, except in the hypotheses provided for in art. 16 of Law No. 13.709; VII - information from public and private entities with which the controller carried out shared use of data; VIII - information about the possibility of not providing consent and about the consequences of refusal; IX - revocation of consent, under the terms of § 5º of art. 8º of Law No. 13.709.
Right to Revoke Consent
This consent may be revoked by the Holder, at any time, upon request via email to the DPO.
